We want you to be happy with Arena Buddy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date, for any reason.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Reach out through our contact page and we'll help you along.
Renewals & Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period and will not renew. Cancelling does not, by itself, trigger a refund of the current period.
Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, you'll continue to have access while we and Paddle retry the charge and you'll see a banner in the app asking you to update your payment method.
